On 31st August 2003 the dusty football ground in Balestrand was transformed into a magnificent sports ground!

The Stadium was officially opened with a football tournament for children.
The location is ideal close to two schools beautifully situated overlooking the world's longest
(205 km) and deepest (1308 m) fjord, the Sognefjord.
An attempt to make a panorama pictures out of three pictures....
