On 1st May every year "everyone" in Balestrand walk around the fjord Esefjorden.
 We register by the church in Tjugum, and walk the 8,5 km (5,3 miles) to Balahaugen. During the walk we answer questions.
 It is also possible to by ice cream, hot dogs, soft drinks and wafles.
 Just after we "ordinary people" have reached the finish line, it is time for the elite.
 The record is 24,51 minutes and is from 1998.
 We need a few hours.......
